Cancellation Policy

REDLINE FITNESS TERMS + CONDITIONS Introduction At Redline Fitness, we strive to provide our members with quality fitness services and facilities. We understand that circumstances can change, leading you to modify your training status. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of your fitness class. Cancellation Process Notification: To initiate a cancellation, members must submit a written notice to Redline Fitness at least 24 hours before the intended fitness class. This can be done via text or email to redlineboxfit@gmail.com or through a written letter delivered to Redline Fitness, 51 Wedgwood Road, Bicester, Oxford, OX26 4UL. No-Show Cancellations Members who do not inform the club within 24 hours will still be subject to full payment for their training session. To avoid unnecessary charges, please adhere to the cancellation process outlined above. Cancellations Exceptions to our cancellation policy are considered on a case-by-case basis for medical reasons. Appropriate documentation (e.g., doctor’s note, proof of relocation) will be required. Medical Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your class due to medical reasons, please provide a doctor’s note, and we will refund the fee. Refunds Redline Fitness does not offer refunds except under exceptional circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Policy Changes Redline Fitness reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy. Current members will be notified of any changes 30 days prior to their implementation.
